Visiting the four corners of Ireland we will experience the traditions, community and craft of this fascinating facet of Irish heritage - seeing where it has come from and where it is going.

We will also follow Team Ireland to the high steaks World Butcher Challenge in Paris to show the world Ireland’s incredible excellence on the butchering world stage.
